Richard Stephens

Richard Stephens is the resident costume designer for the Port Angeles Light Opera Association. He is primarily self taught with over 12 years in fabric retail. Today he divides his time between his day job as an advertising rep for the Peninsula Daily News and his evening avocation of acting and directing.
